My Account & My Orders

What is My Account?

We've made it easy for you to view and update your account and orders any time through "My Account" after you sign in to your account. With "My Account" on Ashirwad Agency you can:

  • Manage/edit all your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids
  • Change your password
  • See your Wishlist
  • Create Customer Care tickets for your orders and other queries
How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your payment has been successfully made, your order is processed immediately. Ashirwad Agency will send a confirmation mail for your order, to the email address associated with your Ashirwad Agency account. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID and transportation code for your reference with our customer service team, a listing of the items you have ordered and an expected time of delivery.

Is it possible to order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?

We do not have these products available for sale currently.

Shopping and Payment

Is it necessary to have a Ashirwad Agency account to shop?

While it is not necessary to have a Ashirwad Agency account to shop and purchase items, it is certainly recommended to have one. You can shop by providing just your email ID & Mobile No With Shipping Address with your suggested courier or transpot name.

How do I make a payment for a Ashirwad Agency purchase?

Payment is must be required at ADVANCE. For your convenience, we can accept DD, CASH, RTGS, NEFT and Online Transfer. Payment must be received and processed prior orders being shipped. No COD orders are accepted.

I am asked by Courier Company to pay Octroi. What should I do?

Octroiable or any taxes applicable on any cities will be payable by the customer. Please pay Octroi or any taxes to the courier company if requested by them in any cities. is not responsible for any octroi payments.

Packaging, Shipping and Delivery

How are items packaged?

All items are carefully packaged at our warehouses - as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap.

What are the delivery charges?

Sellers provide 45Rs./500GMs Approx. delivery rate on most items in India. Some items may have shipping charge depending on the nature of the product or any cities. For International orders, the shipping charges are different for different items and is mentioned clearly on the product page. Also prices may be different for different countries to account for shipping costs as sellers are free to set their prices and prices listed in INR are only for India.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated time of delivery is within 7 working days for domestic orders and 21 working days for international orders. All orders get shipped within 5 working days from the warehouse.

How will the delivery be done?

We try to process all deliveries suggested by customer through reputed courier companies like Bluedart, Aramex, AFL, DTDC, DHL, Fedex and any other reputed transpot. In some cases where the pincode/zipcode is not servicable by these courier companies or your suggested courier services, then we use Indian Speed Post for those deliveries. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location.

Does Ashirwad Agency deliver internationally?

Ashirwad Agency does deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world. We use DHL, DTDC and FEDEX to deliver your shipments safely and timely to you. Shipping or courier charge are payable by buyer.

Cancellations & Returns

How do I get a defective item, ordered on, replaced?

Notify us of any problems, damages or defects within 24 Hours from the date of delivery, and we will try to resolve your refund request. In case of damaged products, please send us a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of receipt of the product. The return shipping to seller for the product will be borne by the seller if the seller is at fault. Please refer our shipping and returns policies here for more details.
